About Us

 

Cecilia's Bakeshop bakes and creates all natural pastries made with organic ingredients.  Our cakes are fresh,  baked daily to order.  We create dairy free, egg free, gluten free, agave sweetened, and raw pastries. 

 

Creator former finance professional Cecilia Washington now pastry chef shares her love for nutrition by baking and creating wholesome delicious pastries the whole family can enjoy.  

 

Having a life long passion for healthy foods and a sweet tooth creating healthy pastries for others is my way of giving back and doing what I love. 

 

At the bakeshop we use only spelt flour for pastries containing wheat.  For non wheat, gluten free pastries we use brown rice flour, coconut flour and millet.   We use milled flax seeds in almost all of our cakes, soy is not used in the bakeshop however it's an ingredient in some of our chocolate.  We use a variety of healthy oils including olive, coconut, and safflower oil.     We are not a nut free environment however we do not use peanuts in any of our pastries.  Please check ingredients to ensure safe indulgence

 

You can find our all natural cookie dough at Whole Foods Market in the southeast.  Look for our cookie dough in the dairy section, we offer Oatmeal Cranberry (dairy, nut & egg free), Chocolate chip (gluten & egg free - contains a small amount of coconut flour), Ginger (dairy, gluten, nut & egg free) coming this fall. Our cookie dough retails for $4.99/lb; if you can't find our cookie dough in a Whole Foods Market near you ask for it.
