Cecilia's Bakeshop bakes and creates all natural pastries made with organic ingredients. Our cakes are fresh, baked daily to order. 

The bakeshop creates dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, agave-sweetened, and raw pastries. 

 

Creator and founder Cecilia Washington is a former finance professional. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, she is becoming an increasingly influential pastry chef.  She shares her love for nutrition by baking and creating wholesome and delicious pastries everyone can enjoy.  With a life-long passion for healthy cooking, Cecilia makes these healthy pastries as a way of giving back and doing what she loves.  

 

Cecilia's Bakeshop uses only Spelt flour for pastries containing wheat.  For non-wheat, gluten-free pastries, the bakeshop uses brown rice flour, coconut flour and millet.  Soy is not used in the bakeshop but soy lecithin is an ingredient in some of the chocolate.  The bakeshop uses a variety of healthy oils including olive, coconut, and safflower oil.  The bakeshop is not a nut-free environment but does not use peanuts in anything.  Please check ingredients for safe indulgence

 

Cecilia's Bakeshop All-Natural Cookie Dough is available in the refrigerated section in Whole Foods Markets throughout the Southeast.  The delicious flavors include Oatmeal Cranberry (no dairy, nuts or eggs), Chocolate chip (gluten & egg-free), Cecilia's Bakeshop newest flavor is Ginger, containing no dairy, gluten, nuts or eggs.
